Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Free Cancellation Window
    Guests may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check‑in. Cancellations in this window receive full refund.
  2. Late Cancellation / No‑Show
    • Within 48 hours: First night charged.
    • No‑show: Entire stay charged.
  3. Early Departure
    No refund for unused nights unless agreed in advance; may incur full stay charge .
  4. Refund Processing
    • Refunds credited to original payment method within 7–14 business days.
    • Guest must complete refund form; processing delays due to errors are guest’s responsibility .
  5. Exceptional Circumstances
    • Non-refundable bookings clearly labeled.
    • In government lockdowns, natural disasters, or flight cancellations, flexibility provided case-by-case.
    • Alternative: convert charges to hotel credit valid for 6 months .
  6. Group Bookings
    For 5+ rooms, cancellation more than 25 days prior: no charge. Within 25 days: full length of stay charged
  7. Contact & Disputes
    • Cancellation: via official email or phone.
    • Disputes resolved in good faith, subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
