Scope & Applicability These Terms govern all bookings, stays, and services at the hotel. Any additional hotel policies displayed onsite form part of the agreement.
Booking & Deposit
Reservations require guest name, contact, dates of stay, and payment method .
A deposit (e.g., one night's stay) is due upon booking or as specified. Failure to pay cancels the reservation .
Check‑In / Check‑Out
Standard check‑in: 2 pm; check‑out: 12 pm. Early/late options subject to availability and extra charges.
Rates & Payments
Charges include all applicable taxes. Payment methods: INR, credit/debit cards.
Pre‑authorization may be applied at check‑in.
Guest Obligations & Conduct Guests must:
Provide valid government-issued ID at check‑in.
Abide by hotel rules—no disturbance, no illicit activity, no smoking in prohibited areas.
Termination of Stay Hotel may refuse service or terminate stay for illegal behavior, nuisance, intoxication, antisocial groups, or fire safety violations.
Cancellation / No‑Show
Individual bookings cancelled before 3 days prior to arrival incur 1‑night charge.
No‑shows or late cancellations incur full stay charge.
Group bookings (5+ rooms) have higher cancellation penalties, e.g., 25 days prior incurring full charge.
Liability
Hotel insures guests against fire/disaster.
Loss/damage claims subject to declarations and limits, e.g., max compensation of ₹50,000 unless declared.
Parking is at guest’s risk; hotel liable only for negligence.
Changes & Governing Law
Hotel reserves right to amend T&C; continued stay implies acceptance.
Disputes governed by Indian law and Mumbai courts.
Severability If part of this policy is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
